The Vanto is the perfect synthesis of the Sano manufacturing excellence. It combines a careful selection of raw materials, strictly derived from domestic pigs with a live weight of at least 160 kg, with a very careful and prolonged phase of maturation. The remarkable delicacy of the meat is the result of a limited and wise initial salting. The maturation of this particular ham is guaranteed to exceed 18 months and summarizes the basic philosophy of the company: care and time are the two ingredients that make products unique. At the end of the aging process there is a final period of ripening achieved by exploiting the special characteristics of microclimate ventilation and temperature that characterize the high valley of Tronto river.
